Sat. Morning

Good weekend morning to all. We are so glad it is the weekend. Our weekend plans to be in Houston have kind of fallen through. Best of luck to Sarah and Wes this weekend. I do remember the relief of finally having the wedding behind you. Many blessings for a wonderful married life.
Granddaddy, Gene, Uncle Gene, dad, left ICU yesterday evening. He was looking good and reported feeling fairly well when they transferred him. He was even up enjoying his yummy liquid diet. Unfortunately, the biopsy did not produce many new answers for him. About the only definite that they have told him is that there is not a cancer or a marrow disorder that is causing his difficulties. While we are so grateful for that, it also means that they don't have the answer for what is causing all this mess. We are still hoping that they can figure out, but more importantly, just make it better so Granddaddy can feel himself again.
Mark woke up feeling good today. Since we cancelled our trip and ballgames were cancelled due to weather - we might get some leisure time! That is after laundry and dishes, and housecleaning and grocery shopping and ............
Oh, I almost forgot. Thanks to Nelda for the good news you delivered this weekend. We certainly appreciate all your hard work for the TEAM. Also, I got the pleasure of taking care of Mrs. Schreiber this week. 91 years old and such a pleasure. Very sharp lady! We had a great time and hopefully got her fixed up so she can get back home.
Love to all, Missy
